		<description>One of the problems with being BIG is that it is hard for you to get out of our own way.  But once you get going - being big is generally a huge (pardon the pun) advantage.  Like inertia - objects in motion...  But a quality staff - great leaders - and a Plan is key to getting things moving forward... No matter how big you are!
